Do I need to buy your hosting to get maintenance services?

No, you do not. We provide maintenance services for any website if we have access. Pricing may vary if we encounter issues we typically do not experience. But we will provide a price quote before we start any work.

Do you offer a money-back return policy?

Yes, we do at any time, with no questions asked. We understand we are a premium service, and things change. So if the service is not working for you, we will refund any money not owed for services provided to date of the requested refund,

Will there be any downtime moving to your service?

We make all significant moves starting on Friday evening when the internet is typically winding down. We typically have the site moved or put back before Monday. We always notify our clients before any potential downtime.

If my site does not get moved, will I be charged?

We only charge for something once the site has been moved and is up and running on our service. We start charging when you approve us to begin any maintenance services if you provide the hosting.

What if I do not have a WordPress website?

That is not an issue. We maintain many different kinds of websites. We do a lot of WordPress website maintenance as our customers typically prefer WordPress over other websites.

What if I do not have my login or password that you need?

Unfortunately, this is a difficult issue. It would be less expensive if you had those items. However, we can work around it. We will quote a price for approval before we start any workaround.

My last service provider has my old site hostage.

Believe it or not our clients have told us stories more times than we care to admit. It's a sad fact sometimes things go south. We have had to remake websites from scratch to bypass the service provider and get your site back up and running. We typically will not run interference on anyone's behalf.

I did not purchase maintenance services, and my website is broken.

We may be able to reverse any damage done. We charge a flat fee to check the site out and give you a report of any possible fixes. If the damage is severe, it will require an investment of time and money to restore the broken website.
